Autel MaxiIM KM100 Key Fob Programmer can successfully program all keys lost by OBD to 2016 Honda CR-V. Below are the operation steps step by step.

Is the ignition on by pressing the start button twice? No
Long press the start button.
Ignition is on. Release the engine start/stop switch.
All keys lost >> Start
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
(Do not press the foot brake and press the engine start/stop button.)
Put the key to be learned in the vehicle and remove all other keys at least 2 meters away from the vehicle.
Is the ignition on by pressing the start button twice? No
Press and hold the start button.
Ignition is on. Release the engine start/stop switch.
New mode? (2020 and later) No
Key programming successful.
Press "No" to continue.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Are both keyless access and immobilizer indicator lights off? Yes
Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Registration completed.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Check all keyless access remotes to make sure each one can start the engine.
