Warframe Item Upgrader
A player can upgrade the equippable items by interacting with

Recycled Items

The EZ Upgrader is a feature that assists players quickly and easily find the cheapest cash upgrade. It costs 1 Angel Investors and has no game benefits, but it's a convenient way to view upgrade options without having to open the upgrades menu.
To activate the EZ Upgrader, the user must choose "Interact" when playing the dice outside of the restaurant during Preparation Mode. The EZ Upgrader will then create blueprints for either Appliances or Ingredients. Appliances with a neon blue border have a 0% chance to appear in the shop or reroll. However, staple appliances like the Danger Hob or Power Sink will never be produced. Ingredients and equipment that don't belong to the Staple Pool or the Non-droppable Pool will also never be produced by the reroll or the shop.
Item upgraders allow players to alter the stats of armor, weapons and trinkets up to 385 ilvl. Equipment can be upgraded with physical power, spell power, or health. The maximum level for these upgrades is 400, and the cost for upgrading them rises as you progress on the ilvl level track.
To maximize the number of upgrade options available, players can prepare several Blueprint Cabinets or Copying Desks in a single day. This will allow players to add more blueprints to the catalog that the item upgrader produces and allows for more rerolls. However, making multiple cabinets and duplicates of the same blueprint will cause a delay in production.
Set Bonus
A set bonus is an increase in secondary stats for a set mods. The strength of the set bonus increases dependent on the number of set mods that are equipped with it, excluding duplicates. (For example when the Warframe includes both the primary and melee Mods with the Vigilante set's "Enhance critical hits" bonus it will only count for one). A set bonus isn't enhanced by normal fusion.
Certain sets come with several choices, with the first offering a basic bonus and the others increasing the number of set items worn beyond the base amount. For instance, the Fables of the Feywild offers an additional set bonus of two outfitted items and a superior bonus when you wear more than the set number.
Benthic gear is available from Voidbinder Zorlan or Voidbinder Strzah in Mezzamere in exchange for Prismatic manapearls. These manapearls can be used to upgrade a Benthic item by using an upgrader for increased ilvl or additional stats. Upgraders also allow the player to reroll an item with the same stats.
