AE86 Haltech full control, harness made, distributor removed

Injector replacement.

When the request was made, the injector was unknown.

It couldn't be genuine, I thought, but it wasn't an AE86 coupler, so it turned out to be non-genuine.

It's for the EP91.

The capacity is plenty, but the owner also had injectors prepared...

For the Altezza

Plenty of capacity and good response.

Just looking at it, you can tell that the Altezza has better atomization.

If I had to choose, I'd go with the Altezza.

Replacement.

Made an injector harness, installed the coupler.

The injector area is complete.

The water temperature sensor was also refreshed.

Made a throttle position sensor coupler.

Made direct ignition coil wiring.

It's taking shape (*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡

I'm using a Haltech relay and fuse box, so I can also directly run the fuel pump, so I wired it to the fuel pump.

Here we go.

The engine started without a hitch.

But...

Why doesn't it produce such negative pressure? (sweat)

It's strange that the cam I heard about should definitely produce around -0.45kg/cm.

The negative pressure is just too unnatural... (sweat)

I contacted the owner and asked about the cam's degree again, and he said he doesn't know which of the eight cams he used (sweat).

Hmmmm...I checked a lot of things, but there was nothing particularly strange about it. It must be the cam after all...

Let's open it up and take a look.

I guess it's good as long as there are no landmines to worry about...
